The SGRE offers a series of three courses over Autumn 2012, Winter 2013 and Spring 2013. Courses are taught by the same world-class faculty who teach in our daytime Master's program and highlight cutting-edge research and current, relevant issues and topics in industry.

Primary Responsibilities:



·         Assist special events team with the production of event collateral, venue research, online calendar updating, and day-of event assistance.

·         Assist donor relations manager with endowment and donor files, schedule student scholarship recipients for assignments and update and maintain the endowment master list.

·         Data entry, ensure that alumni updates are entered into University database.

·         Assist Marketing and Communications team with research projects, mail list maintenance, online image gallery maintenance and general office support.

Desired Qualifications:

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Project management skills, ability work independently and meet deadlines.  Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

·         Capacity to work professionally with many constituencies (e.g., staff, faculty).

·         Demonstrated strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator) and MAC computers.

·         Ability to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours on event days (evenings and weekends).

·         Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and logging all incoming project related material including medical devices for inspection, acquiring and maintaining research/reference literature, and organizing project related materials
• Editing and proofreading complex technical reports

Qualifications for this position include:

This position will lead engineering initiatives which deliver gross margin and product integrity improvement, support manufacturing operations, and meet customer requirements through custom engineered solutions. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, supply chain and operations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical oversight and support to production to meet customer expectations
• Provide Engineering design support of divisional productivity improvement projects through effective participation on cross functional teams
• Lead Engineering efforts on critical projects which includes idea development, prototype, project execution, and plant/business system implementation
