Undergraduate Research Opportunity with SEAL

I am looking for an undergraduate researcher to join our team in the Sensors, Energy, and Automation Laboratory. Our team is designing a plant growth system that maintains household plants automatically. It is intended for consumers and will need to be affordable and user-friendly. This is a good opportunity for students that want experience in a research lab before graduating.

Next quarter will be the software design phase of the project. I am looking for a student that has completed or is enrolled in EE 299 or EE 472 and has the following skills/traits:

- Programming (C, Java, etc.)
- Ready to learn
- Team player
- Creative

- Familiarity with Linux is a plus (optional)
- Familiarity with web programming is a plus (optional)

If you are graduating next year you are especially encouraged to apply. This project will most likely continue into later quarters.
