Obtain a UW MSEE degree While Working in Industry

Dear BSEE Graduating Seniors:

On Wednesay April 23rd, 7-8:30 pm, location TBD, esteemed EE Professors Hannaford, Atlas, and Eliott Saba (instructor), along with PMP MSEE alumni and current PMP MSEE students will conduct an Information Session about our MSEE granting Professional Master's Program.  RSVP required.

If you are confused about whether you should work in industry or seek a master's degree after BSEE graduation, perhaps our UW PMP MSEE program is a good choice for you to consider.  Our application deadline is May 1st for international students and June 1st for domestic students.

Our Department's UW EE Professional Masters Program  grants working professionals an MSEE degree upon completion of the program.

You have future options, including working in industry while obtaining your master's degree in EE.

Most of our PMP students work full time in local industry and attend UWEE part-time, once a week in an evening class structure. They can complete their part-time MSEE in three years.  Some PMP students attend full time and complete their MSEE in as little as a year and a half.

Many of our student's companies actually pay for their students to attend our PMP program.  Companies see it as a long term investment in their employess.  BSEE employees have greater upward mobility in the company (and earn on average 10K+ more a year with an MSEE).

If interested, please RSVP for our PMP Information Session.  Space is limited and will fill fast.  Although the PMP Information Session is not until Wednesday April 23rd, if you RSVP now and mark your calendar, we'll send you a reminder as time gets closer.

Also, feel free to email me with questions.
