Monday, April 7th
2:30-3:50
Bagley 154
If you have (or will soon have) a degree in engineering, computer sciences, or the hard sciences (chemistry, biology, physics, etc.), and you’re interested in making up to $20,000 more than your peers, you might be interested in becoming a Patent Agent.  Come learn what working as a Patent Agent is like, how to find patent law jobs, what qualities you'll need to be successful as an agent, and how to climb the ladder within the patent law field.  Additionally, learn about the Patent Office’s Registration Exam (who can take it, how it works, and how to study).  This event is geared towards grad students and postdocs, but seniors are also welcome to attend.  Presented by Mark Dighton of the Practising Law Institute.  No registration required.
