Engineer It!

August 22^nd, 23^rd 10am – 6pm

The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, community partners, and Pacific Science Center’s award-winning camps, exhibits and outreach programs, dozens of hands-on educational activity stations, shows and performances will be interspersed through Pacific Science Center’s exhibit halls and courtyard fountains for a two-day Engineering and Surveying Weekend event, August 22^nd and 23^rd. Over five thousand guests will be greeted by Pacific Science Center’s Engineering Van at the gate, and taken on a journey through the exciting and important fields of engineering and surveying. Attendees will be provided a passport of available activities directing them to the varied exhibits at Engineering and Surveying Weekend.

We are looking for hands-on activities or exhibits targeted towards 6-12 years olds. If you are interested in showcasing your work or a hands-on activity please contact Brenda Fernandez at bfernandez@pacsci.org for registration details by July 12^th, 2014. Registration is free!
