Open positions for the below roles may or may not be available at this time.
This posting is meant to capture resumes for current and future hiring needs.
Are you a current degree holder or an upcoming graduate in Computer or Electrical Engineering? If so, you may have a future as a QA Engineer, Test and Probe Engineer, Product Engineer, Design Engineer, SSD Firmware Development Engineer, SSD Systems Engineer, Real Time Defect Analysis Engineer, or Yield Enhancement/Analysis Engineer with Micron.
As a QA Engineer, you will evaluate production lots suspected of quality or reliability issues and ensure that these devices are held until all concerns have been addressed. Responsibilities include, analyzing and reporting on production reliability failures and identifying the root cause of failures, responding with activities to correct them.
As a Test and Probe Engineer, you will be in a highly visible production support role interacting with all levels of engineering and production groups. Responsibilities include, developing and maintaining software program and hardware development, execution, and engineering analysis for device yields, failure/repair rates, and production yields.
As a Product Engineer, you will refine and manage semiconductor devices from the design stage to high-volume production. Responsibilities include circuit debug and analyzing any needed design changes to address functionality.
As a Design Engineer, you will use simulation tools to design, simulate, and verify critical circuits and propose innovative circuit solutions and design methodologies.
As a
Solid State Drive (SSD) Firmware Development Engineer you will
develop high-performance controller firmware for innovative volatile and
non-volatile memory systems. Responsibilities include evaluating,
designing, and building firmware to increase performance,
while reducing power, latency and SoC complexity.
As a
Client Solid State Drive (SSD) Systems Engineer you will be
responsible for taking solid state drives from design to high-volume
manufacturing. Responsibilities include performing firmware test and
validation, performance characterization, manufacturing
support and customer support.
As a Real Time Defect Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating data generated by RDA inspections, identifying and reducing defects, analyzing data, and reporting defect issues. You will work on specific projects and implement solutions to achieve improved yields.
As a Yield Enhancement/Analysis Engineer, you will perform electrical characterization, analyze various failure mechanisms, and perform physical failure analysis isolating sources of circuit-related failures.
