The Engineer in Training program is a unique training opportunity offered by PSE where engineers rotate through approximately 15 different engineering related departments within a 12 month time period. The purpose of the program is to jump start the careers of new engineers by providing a variety of experiences and a chance to build meaningful relationships with different PSE personnel. Upon completion of the program, the engineer will transition into one of the departments visited during the rotation and continue to develop his or her professional knowledge and abilities.

Working alongside talented engineers in one of the many engineering related departments at PSE, interns will learn about natural gas and electric infrastructure. They will also have the opportunity to see the systems being planned, designed, constructed, operated, and maintained.
