BIOE summer intern recruitment
The Thomas Lab in the Department of Bioengineering (https://faculty.washington.edu/wendyt/index.html)
is searching for a paid summer intern to optimize and extend a
tracking algorithm used to determine the position of micron-scale
paramagnetic beads in three dimensions, and to develop analysis scripts
to analyze data from the device. The work supports projects
in the lab involving the nanoscale biomechanics of thrombosis and
infection. The ideal candidate will be have experience with C++ or
MATLAB computing languages. Familiarity with LabView would also be
