CSE 190P, Introduction to data programming with applications
http://tinyurl.com/dataprogramming
Summer 2012, full-term
MWF 1050-1150
Instructor: Professor Mike Ernst
CSE 190P is for people with zero programming experience! It's designed to help non-CS majors use programming in their own subjects. You'll get to analyze and visualize data from social sciences, natural sciences, government, and more. You'll learn the Python programming language, which is known as a great language for beginners.
If you're curious about computer science and want to 'test out' the subject, this is the perfect course. The instructor is really great, too. :)
