In response to few students who have expressed concern (thank you for
communicating your concern), I want to reassure you that you shouldn't be
intimidated by the advanced skills & qualifications listed in job
descriptions. Employers recognize this may be the first time you are
gaining engineering work experience. The skills & qualifications employers
communicate to us are ideal, but other factors such as personality,
motivation, interest in the company, etc. are just as valuable. So, if
you're interested in applying for a position, don't hesitate to apply. Just
do it.
